Fiesta A Cielo CSP Annual Series of Event
Fiesta A Cielo CSP Annual Series of Event
As a member of PTCMedia, one of the most exciting parts of my year is getting involved in Fiesta A Cielo CSP—the biggest and most prestigious annual event series at the High School for Gifted Students, HNUE. Stretching over seven months of the academic year, Fiesta A Cielo (FAC) brings together thousands of students in a celebration of knowledge, creativity, and school spirit.
Organized entirely by PTCMedia, FAC is not just one event but a whole journey. Every PTCMedia member becomes part of the Organizing Committee, and I was lucky to take on multiple responsibilities as part of the Public Relations team, as well as managing one of the participating student zones.

Fiesta A Cielo includes five major events:
Zone Division Day – where all classes are divided into nine competing zones for the entire FAC season.
Golden Gong – an academic showdown where each zone sends representatives to compete for the top scholar title.
Flashmob Day – a vibrant dance competition between zones, full of school spirit and creative energy.
Book Exchange Day – a charity-driven event where students exchange old books and learning materials for souvenirs or snacks, while also raising funds for the final event.
Final Day – the biggest celebration of the year, featuring celebrity guests, over 3,000 attendees, and the crowning of the school’s champion student.
In the Public Relations Department, I was responsible for developing post ideas and concepts, writing content, and coordinating with the Media and Design teams to make sure each post was not only eye-catching, but also on time and up to standard. For a project this massive, consistency and collaboration mattered more than ever.
I also participated in “PR OFF”—our in-person promotional strategy. Alongside my team, I visited each classroom to introduce upcoming events, using scripted announcements we created ourselves. These lines had to be memorable, formal yet trendy—something that would grab students’ attention and build excitement.

Beyond social media and school promotions, I reached out to several well-known newspapers and press agencies, negotiated collaborations, and prepared images and articles for publication. For each media partner, the coordination process sometimes lasted up to four days—a valuable lesson in communication and follow-through.

As part of the Organizing Committee, I was assigned to be the Zone 9 Manager. I oversaw my zone’s preparation for multiple events, supported their ideas and visuals, and helped maintain a strong sense of unity through group meetings and bonding activities. It was my responsibility to make sure Zone 9 made its mark—not just with performance, but with teamwork.
On Book Exchange Day, I took part in selling books and merchandise to help raise funds for the finale.

And on Final Day, the highlight of the entire series, I served as a guest monitor. It was my job to assist special guests—including school administrators, newspaper representatives, government officials, and representatives of major organizations—ensuring they felt welcomed, comfortable, and stayed informed throughout the program.
The Final Day was truly unforgettable. With more than 1,000 attendees filling the campus, including students, parents, alumni, and special guests, the atmosphere was electric. The event featured live performances from popular celebrities, stunning visual effects, and a packed schedule that celebrated every zone’s hard work. Watching it all unfold from behind the scenes, knowing how much we had poured into each detail, was one of the most rewarding moments of my school life.

Fiesta A Cielo has been one of the most demanding, exciting, and transformative experiences I’ve ever had. From leading Zone 9 to managing public communications and welcoming important guests, I learned what it truly means to lead, to serve, and to represent a team with pride. It reminded me that behind every big event is a group of young people daring to dream big—and working hard to turn those dreams into reality.
